I must say my experience at Dyson was beyond excellent! First: Tyson was outstanding in his service qualifications and in explaining what was needed (we took in 4 vacuums!) and the trade in value! Second: Tyson was so kind and respectful to me as a senior & patient with my lack of tech savvy!! I will continue to buy Dyson products not only because of quality of product but also because of quality of service!! My recommendation is don’t ever let Tyson go! We need more people like him!! Side point: although Rudy wasn’t assisting us he also displayed a positive attitude!!

Though they tell you that they have the best price you can purchase on many sites for less even when you turn in an old Dyson. When I discovered this I returned the new one within the 30 day time period. They took it back but so far have not refunded my credit card. I hope I dont have to go to small claims court!

I arrived at the site at 1:01pm and was told the store was closed for lunch per California law but would reopen at 1:30pm. Okay, even though multiple employees in store. Appears they must dine together. Sat in the car for 1/2 hour and returned to the store and was let in. Was advised that to commence service I would have to install QR code. I advised that I didn't want to enter an unknown QR code into my phone I was told that no service would be provided unless I did so. I then asked about payment and was told I must install pay by Chat to make payment. Although the clerk had a continual smile, it appears as though unless you're willing to give them access to your phone so two separate programs can be installed, they will not provide any service. If this is their business model then I must consider products other then Dyson, of which there are many to choose from.

Walked in with a clogged V10 vacuum. Was able to get the problem diagnosed. Checked in via QR code. Got myself booked in their customer system. Waited about 5-15 minutes to get a new filter. Played with some of the demo vacuums and asked a couple clarifying questions. 5/5 experience. 0 problems walking in as a novice owner. Walk in with common sense, understanding how to use modern technology and a shred of common decency and you'll have a good time!

It was a drive for me to get there but the service made the drive easy. The gentleman helping with just incredibly polity, patient and helpful. They were quick in diagnosis and very nicely laid your options out to you. It seemed they held a good stock of replacement parts and replacement units also. They have a small slip on a clipboard for you to fill out as you come in which has your details and the reason you are there for. The slip calls for the SN if you have it to make things go faster. It is a small place with a few chairs and demo units. The employees are typically working in the back but keep coming out after running diagnosis on the units before you and come out to update the owner. They have a sign posted saying the same so if you go in and no one is there, hang on someone will come out. Not that easy to catch from the road but the center is in the front of the building.

Dyson is an industry leader for a reason. I took my vacuum for a service. They repaired it within 45 minutes and didn't charge me a dime. I was shocked in a good way. After this experience, I've become a lifetime loyal customer!!!

Needed a trigger replaced on cordless vac. They did it in 15 minutes while I waited. Very reasonable at $30 cost. Excellent service like this is so rare.

I bought Dyson Outsize from Bestbuy about two years ago, and the vacuum stopped working last month. The vacuum is still in warranty. I went through Dyson troubleshooting steps and it turns out to be the motor issue. I contacted Dyson online support more than 5 times, and provided everything that was asked for - invoice and photos. The replacement body is never in stock online, and the promised "follow-up in 48 hrs" never happened. The most recent customer support told me Dyson cannot help at this moment and asked me to contact Bestbuy for this vacuum issue. Yes, the vacuum was bought from the authorized retailer - Bestbuy and it is still in warranty, and Dyson asked customer to contact Bestbuy to fix Dyson vacuum issue... Ridiculous and Dyson really sucks.
